Michael Hein graduated from the Manchester Metropolitan University in the year 2000 having qualified with a Higher National Diploma in software engineering.

Mike then continued to work at Manchester International Airport supporting the payroll department for Alpha Flights with their day to day I.T requirements. Michael saved the day at the airport when he succesfully recovered a corrupted database containing hundreds of people’s payroll details.

Following this support role at Manchester Airport, Mike continued to work in the I.T sector for the corporate giant GE CAPITAL where he succesfully implemented a database system for managing debtors. During a 9 month contract Michael was responsible for the system which genarted over 7 million pounds worth of revenue.

Michael then continued his career and spent 8 years working for the telecoms giant Telefonica as a web applications development manager has continued to support the O2 intranet team until now.

Ignite Systems Ltd was launched by Michael in 2005 to provide a customer friendly service bringing ecommerce and web business opportunities to hundreds of small and medium sized businesses in the UK.

Michael now operates Ignite Systems ltd and supports over 100 clients with a website portfolion in excess of 100 websites and domain names.
